Often people do not realize that many of the medications we use in veterinary medicine are human generics.  $4 generic drug lists at several local pharmacies, such as Wal-Mart, Target & Kroger, have significantly changed and reduced the charges for many commonly used human generic medications.  We have checked our local human pharmacies to find the lowest cost for medications that we commonly prescribe for your pet.  So if you do not mind a trip to the local Kroger pharmacy you can often save $20 or more.
